Mr. Kabagyo Edward CEO
Edward was born in Hoima District in mid Western Uganda and he is of the Munyoro tribe. Since his childhood Edward has had a keen interest in the Fauna and flora of Uganda. Edward has been greatly involved in wildlife and conservation activities within Uganda for over twenty years. Edward started his career by working with young, orphaned or injured animals at the wildlife Center based in Entebbe. Over the years of working in direct contact with a huge variety of animal and bird species, Edward gathered an outstanding amount of knowledge on animal behavior. Edward has been in Guiding and leading trips for a number of years and he loves to inform clients of the social structure of a variety of animals groups, their reproductive behavior, their hunting techniques and strategies as well as numerous other interesting animal facts.
Charlie Rosco
Charlie Roscoe served as the managing partner of BerryDunn, a certified public accounting firm headquartered in Portland, Maine, USA. The firm is the largest such firm in northern New England, USA. In addition to his management responsibilities, he was the coordinator of international services for clients of the firm. In that role, he traveled extensively around the world. After his retirement, Charlie founded Schools for Refugees, Inc, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization headquartered in Maine. The organization provides substantial support to a nursery and primary school in a refugee settlement in northeast Uganda. In his capacity as president, he engaged Edward Kabagyo to provide transportation and trekking guide services for many supporters of the school from the USA. Throughout this nine-year period, Edward’s services on more than twelve trips has been outstanding. The relationship developed between Edward and Charlie has led to Charlie serving as a US marketing consultant and business advisor to Kitara Wildlife Adventure Safaris. In that role, he will expand relationships with tour advisors and travel groups interested in trekking in wild and beautiful Uganda.
